This lot comes from Mantissa Estate in the rolling hills of Sul de Minas, a region known for its balanced and naturally sweet coffees. Grown at 1245 metres and naturally processed, it offers a comforting mix of chocolate and nutty flavours, lifted by a gentle, sweet acidity and a surprisingly full body for a light roast.

The Red Catuai varietal brings a round, classic character, making this an easy favourite for anyone who enjoys a richer, sweeter cup without heaviness. Smooth, satisfying, and very approachable.
